Monday, October 13: Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Burbank Outdoor Stage, Santa Rosa Campus.

Join us for Indigenous Peoples’ Day 2025 at Santa Rosa Junior College! Monday, October 13, 2025 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Santa Rosa Campus Burbank Outdoor Stage Area – 1501 Mendocino Avenue Indigenous Peoples’ Day is a celebration of who we are. For Native peoples, culture is the heartbeat of our identity, it carries the songs, dances, languages, and teachings that have been passed down through generations. To celebrate our culture is to honor our ancestors and to ensure that future generations can walk proudly in their traditions.

By focusing on the contributions and struggles of Native peoples, the holiday fosters education about Indigenous history and promotes a more truthful dialogue about genocide and decolonization. We invite you to come celebrate the strength, culture, and traditions of Native peoples through Native Dancing, Drumming, Traditional Food, Art and Information Vendors, and Inspiring

Speakers This is a powerful day of community, resilience, and connection you won’t want to miss. Bring your family, friends, and loved ones to honor Indigenous voices and celebrate together. As we celebrate our culture, we maintain our identity. Our identity is paramount to our survival. We must keep it as we move forward in together in growth and healing.

This event is free, including parking, and all are welcome!
