Nominations and Elections

Nominations for officers (President, Vice President, Recorder/Secretary, and Treasurer) shall be submitted by members at the April regular meeting during spring semester of even years.

Elections of officers will be conducted at in person or Zoom meetings or electronically. Ballots will be sent to all NAFSA Members. Electronic ballots will be verified by a minimum of two members of the Executive Officer Board. Elections will occur at the May regular meeting during spring semester of even years.

The term of officers will be for a period of two years. Elected officers will assume their role and responsibilities the first day of August during the fall semester of even years.
